Dian Wessels is the founder of Sunflood, a visual communication studio in Stellenbosch, South Africa. After graduating from the North-West University in Potchefstroom in 2001 with a B.A. Graphic Design (Honours) degree, he spent two years in London (UK), teaching art & design technology at various secondary schools. From 2004 to 2006 he was a Graphic Design lecturer at his alma mater and won a VERKA award for teaching excellence, as well as the accolade of best lecturer in the Faculty of Arts.
During this time he also worked as a freelance designer and embarked on a full-time design career with the founding of his studio in 2007. Sunflood services both national and international clients, specializing in brand development, marketing design and creative consultation. Dian was a key figure in the development of the Neurozone® online platform, a brain performance enhancement tool for businesses and individuals. Dian has ventured further into the applied neuroscience field and is currently designing and developing the visuals of the Resilient Mindset model with The Center for Resilient Leadership.
