At the Center for Resilient Leadership, we consider our resilience our response to any challenge, good, bad, big, or small, and we say that that response is guided by the way that we think about 4 Ss: self, situation, supports, strategies.

We can use those Four Ss as a framework to prepare for, handle, and reflect on any challenge, which creates more resilient brain pathways and is a way to help develop a growth mindset.
